Launching the xqbib program

To launch the xqbib program, the syntax is: 

    $ xqbib [RelationName]

If you do not specify any arguments on the command line, xqbib will search for a Relation named Qbib-db in your current directory first and then for a Qbib-db relation in your QDDBDIRS path.
